On Wired To Hunt you can expect to find a whole variety of news updates including info on the deer hunting industry, new products, great resources and TV shows.
The best selection of market value properties in the industry. Period.

The majority of the properties featured at LandAndGame.com are priced at or near appraisal value…Perhaps the most frustrating thing that can happen in a purchase is finding out that your dream property isn’t worth what you offered for it. With so many agents in the recreational and agricultural business now making outrageous claims and promises of monster bucks on every farm and soils that produce world record harvests in each county, LandAndGame.com has dedicated it’s salesforce to finding you the perfect property that fits your needs and at a price that makes both buyers and sellers smile. Unless you are a cash buyer, an appraisal is essential in securing your property through a bank loan. And, even as a cash buyer, we recommend that you have your property appraised by a LOCAL and LICENSED appraiser to ensure you’re hard earned investment dollars are protected. Appraisers cannot and do not take big bucks into account when making an appraisal, and for good reason…if the big whitetails disappeared from your property because of a rare disease, you’ll want the assurance that your property will hold it’s value for resale.

At LandAndGame.com, we work with sellers to find real market value for their property based on comparable and up to date sales from other farms in their area. This provides a fair sale for both buyers and sellers and one in which a win-win situation is reached with each sale. With so many inexperienced and residential real estate agents out there listing properties at whatever sellers want them too, just to get a listing, LandAndGame.com is like a breath of fresh air. Browse any of our vast selection of hunting, agricultural, recreational, and homes with acreage, and you’ll soon understand why so many buyers and sellers come together at LandAndGame.com. If we don’t have it at LandAndGame.com, we’ll find it with any number of our approved and cooperating brokers in Iowa, Missouri, and Illinois.

Friends & Interviews

This has been an amazing journey I’ve taken since I’ve started blogging. I’ve come in contact with some of the most amazing people. I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to participate in a pod-cast for Versus Country, interviewing the famous Tred Barta and David Morris. I’ve teamed up with BP and our local boys and girls clubs to bring the joy of fishing to our local youth. I was recently interviewed by the wonderful group at Dan Small Outdoors Radio. And I had the pleasure of interviewing Judy Israel, a BP Pro Bass Angler, the first female to win the Walmart FLW tournament. She’s the kind of lady that shows you anything is possible. I just love that.

Other Blogs & Writings

I’ve submitted a few reviews for the Women’s Outdoor News.

I’m a proud member of the WOMA – Women’s Outdoor Media Association.

I’m a proud supporter of the Outdoor Bloggers Summit.

It would be great if ArcheryTalk would clean up the interface, add more social capabilities, and provide more information on what the site is about. Receiving over 100k visitors a month, the site could also do a better job monetizing the site. I only see a few adds at the top and bottom of the site. Conversations are good and is always a frequent stop of mine.

Huntingcircle.com and Hunting For The Rest Of Us began as an idea and a dream. My dream. My name is Art Wedge. I live and hunt in the great state of Wisconsin. Just like many of you, I also hunt public land and struggle with the same kind of hunting problems you do. That is where “Hunting For The Rest Of Us” came from.

As I sat one day watching a hunting show on TV it dawned on me, why do I watch this stuff? Seeing a monster Whitetail, Bull Elk or any other trophy animal being taken is cool but how does it relate to me I thought. Many of the shows I see do not give much detail that went into planning the hunt or scouting for the game and I do not have thousands of dollars to pay guides and outfitters to do it for me. So what do I get out of it besides a little entertainment?

Then the idea hit me. I don’t do to bad hunting public land or finding private places to hunt and have a little bit of a knack for finding game. What if I created a place that people could to come and share what they know about hunting with others? I could share what I know and maybe help someone else become a better hunter. I am self employed and make a good living for my family and yet I still can not afford the money it takes for that hunt of a lifetime. My guess is, I am not the only one that feels that way. Yet television seems to hand just that to us again and again. Do not get me wrong. I want that trophy the same as everyone else. The only difference is, I have to do it on my own.

I have surrounded myself with some great people and wonderful friends here that love to share their passion and knowledge with others. Hopefully as we right our articles for you to read and share the things we have learned and love about the great outdoors, you may just use it to bag that trophy you pursue. If we are lucky, we might learn from you as well. Is that not what it really is all about? Enjoying the time we spend with nature and sharing that with others. Sounds like a good time to me

So, now I have a web site “Huntingcircle.com”. This site is dedicated to the average Joe Guy or Gal that has a love for hunting and a passion to become better at it. No, you will not find the biggest record book animals here but you will find some hard work and determination that sometimes pays off. In the event that we come home empty handed (as we often do) we have the memories of days afield spent with friends and family to last a lifetime and share those memories with you.
